Dear Beloved of God, (Romans 1:7)
Spanish Church
Things are still going well with the new Spanish work. We have recently seen another family added to our services that are fairly faithful. So, I guess, we are averaging closer to 18 on Sunday morning; 14 at the other services. Several prayer requests: (1) pray for steady work for our Hispanic families. Two of the three families work in the field, which has been sporadic. (2) Pray for Erick – Catholic (3) Pray for the Galarza family… visited a couple of times but unsaved (4) Leobardo – alcohol (5) For myself: to continue to pick up more and more Spanish (6) a good Spanish Pastor
We begin working on Grace’s old auditorium on the 24th. During the Summer more renovation will be done, and Lord willing we will have our first service sometime in late August / early September.
On The Road
On June 2nd we head for Maine. We have several meetings scheduled and will begin some praying and planning for our move in the summer of 2009. We will be needing a place to live and a place for the new church to meet. We would like to begin looking for property that we may ask the Lord for. Please pray with us. I hope that you understand that we intend on starting a church but desire to greatly be involved in planting and helping churches in the New England area. This is a great need and requires much prayer and co-laborers.
On June 30th we will be on our way to Wisconsin for more meetings and a Junior Camp: Camp Chetek. Towards the end of July we travel to Arkansas and finally back home. Pray for us. This will be a little over 5000 miles and we will spend approximately $1300 in gas alone! (good thing my Father is rich!) It would be nice to get a “thank you” note from an oil company once in a while as we are taken advantage of! Amen? Anyway… Pray for good meetings and of course we are looking to raise our support in preparation for our move.

Lord willing, our web-site will be back in order by the time this reaches you. If you haven’t already done so, check out “The Revival Hymn” on the “Revive U.S.!” page… very challenging. Also, you will be able to see a couple of the faces of those that have been saved in the Spanish ministry/church we have been working on down here. Look for more pictures soon.
In Christ’s Love,
Perry Jones Jr.
